Pro Gate Supply Warranty Information

We warrant that all gate hardware products sold through our store will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Limited warranty lasts one year from date of purchase.

This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that is found to be defective due to:

- Structural failure under rated load capacities.
- Defective weld points or casting.
- Significant premature corrosion (excluding environments within 5 miles of saltwater).
- Failure of moving parts (hinges, rollers) due to factory defects.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

- Improper Installation: Damage caused by failure to follow provided installation instructions or industry-standard practices.
- Misuse or Overloading: Use of hardware on gates exceeding the specified weight or size limits.
- Modification: Any altering, welding, or drilling into the hardware after purchase.
- Environmental Factors: Natural wear and tear, "Acts of God" (storms, floods), or exposure to corrosive coastal air unless the product is specifically rated for marine use.
- Maintenance Neglect: Failure to lubricate moving parts (rollers/hinges) as required.
- Incidental Damages: We are not liable for the cost of labor for removal/reinstallation, shipping costs for returns, or any damage to surrounding property.

To file a warranty claim, the customer must:

- Contact Support: help@progatesupply.com with your original order number.
- Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos or video of the defect and the overall installation.
- Return for Inspection: At our discretion, we may require the item to be shipped back to our warehouse for physical inspection.

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our sole option:

- Provide a replacement part or product.
- Repair the defective item.
- Issue a pro-rated refund or store credit if the item is no longer in production.

The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses.
