Shipping
You may check your email associated with your order or you may track orders by clicking here.
We process orders daily with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Orders must be placed before 12pm PST to be processed and shipped the same day. Most orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day. If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please let us know using the contact form and our support team will be happy to assist you.
If you placed an order with an incorrect address, support will help you cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct details. This is a small step we take to prevent fraudulent online purchases.
Once an order leaves our facilities, the address cannot be modified. Please make sure the correct shipping address is inputted before placing the order.
In the case where an order with an incorrect address is shipped, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and request to redirect the package to the correct shipping address or hold the package at their facilities for a pickup.
Return policy
Pro Gate Supply offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to have a great experience shopping on our website and using our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item by mail within 30 days after the date of delivery for a full item refund issued in the original form of payment. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and generate a shipping label.
- Product must have been purchased directly from www.progatesupply.com.
- A valid order confirmation number from www.progatesupply.com must be provided with your return request
- Item(s) must be unused and in like-new condition. Re-stocking fee could apply at our discretion if product has been tampered with.
- The sender will be responsible for any incurred shipping rates for the item being returned
- Shipping & handling fees included at the original time of purchase are non-refundable.

For products purchased through any third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly through the respective channel and they will be able to assist you accordingly. Pro Gate Supply serves as a different entity from third-party resellers such as Amazon or eBay and has limited access to customer order information on those sites.
Warranty

We warrant that all gate hardware products sold through our store will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Limited warranty lasts one year from date of purchase. Please see warranty page for more details here.
