We process orders daily with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Orders must be placed before 1 p.m. PST to be processed the same day. Most orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day. If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please let us know using the contact form and our support team will be happy to assist you.

If you package has already shipped out we advise you to request Return To Sender through your shipping carrier once you receive the package. To do this, please write Return to Sender on the unopened package you receive and leave it for your shipping carrier to pick up and deliver back to our facilities. Once we receive your unopened return item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees included at the original time of purchase are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once credit has been issued.
Once an order leaves our facilities, the address cannot be modified. If your order has not been shipped out yet please contact us immediately. Please make sure the correct shipping address is inputted before placing the order. In the case where an order with an incorrect address is shipped, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and request to redirect the package to the correct shipping address or hold the package at their facilities for a pickup.
